Bright Minds partners with districts, school leaders and teachers to thoughtfully design pathways to meaningful participation for Multilingual learners in our classrooms. We understand that school contexts are varied and that students’ needs are diverse and we collaborate to determine approaches that fit your context.
We provide workshops that deepen participants' understanding of Multilingual Learners and explore instructional practices that support student engagement and participation. We work with teams of teachers to design instruction and coach teachers to reflect on and develop their practice in order to build capacity on the ground. We support administrators to evaluate the structures and systems in place to identify and program students to support their growth, their voices and their achievement.
